一年前的今天，Google 宣佈預先發表 Google Classroom 的 App 提供 Google Apps for Education 使用者來使用，旨在幫助老師在課堂上開出功課並收集及時回饋。自 App 上線以來，已經有超過 7,000 萬份作業建立，Google Apps for Education 使用者總數超過 4,000 萬。發表至今，Google Classroom 在 Chrome 商店的下載量超過 230 萬，在 Google Play 商店的下載量在 50 萬到 100 萬之間。
